There are also a lot of options for where the boiler can be located. Many homes now have them installed in the airing cupboard along with the cylinder, or even in the loft. It is possible for the boiler to be installed with a vertical flue to be routed through the loft and out of the roof, meaning that if your existing boiler is currently in the kitchen, utility, or external wall then you can free up valuable space.
